Diesel engine water pumps generally refer to diesel engines as power. The pump set is driven by the diesel engine through an elastic coupling. It has the advantages of advanced and reasonable structure, high efficiency, good cavitation performance, small vibration, low noise, smooth and reliable operation, and easy assembly and disassembly.
The diesel engine-powered drive pump (or fire pump set) consists of a horizontal centrifugal pump, a diesel engine, electrical instruments and other equipment, which are securely and tightly installed on a public chassis and connected to the electric control box through control lines and signal lines. The complete set of diesel engine water supply equipment can be used in the production of automatic/manual water supply systems of various enterprises, and can also be used for fire water supply and occasions with special requirements.
Features:
1. Automatic start
After the diesel engine water pump unit receives a fire alarm/pipeline pressure/power outage/or other starting signal, it can automatically start and put into full load operation within 5-15 seconds;
2. Automatic charging
The battery can be automatically charged using mains power or diesel charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the unit;
3. Automatic alarm
Automatic alarm protection for diesel engine low oil pressure, high water temperature and other faults, and alarm and shut down when overspeeding;
4. Automatic preheating: puts the diesel engine in a warm engine standby state to ensure emergency work;
5. Direct connection: The diesel engine water pump unit below 360kw adopts the domestically pioneered direct connection technology between the diesel engine and the water pump through elastic couplings, which reduces failure points, greatly shortens the starting time of the unit, and increases the reliability and emergency performance of the unit. ;
6. Other alarm outputs
Users can also request to set other alarm outputs.
