The ZJQ submersible slurry pump is a mechanical equipment that integrates a motor and a water pump and dives into the medium liquid surface to work. Suitable for transporting liquids containing solid particles such as sand, cinder, and tailings. It is mainly used for the removal and transportation of slurry liquids in metallurgy, mining, thermal power plants and other enterprises. The equipment has a structure, wide flow channel, strong sewage discharge capacity, excellent material selection, and strong corrosion resistance. The ZJQ slurry pump uses high-chromium alloy wear-resistant materials to greatly extend the life of the equipment. In addition to the main impeller, a set of stirring impellers are added to the bottom of the water pump, which can spray the precipitated sludge into turbulent flow. The formed high-concentration slurry is located just at the suction port of the main impeller, allowing the water pump to achieve high-concentration transportation without auxiliary devices. . The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, keeping the pressure at both ends of the mechanical seal balanced, greatly extending its service life.
This product is suitable for transporting slurry containing abrasive particles such as sand, cinder, tailings, etc. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, environmental protection, river dredging, fine sand, municipal engineering and other industries. This product is easy to install and move, has high slag extraction efficiency, and can operate safely for a long time under harsh industrial and mining conditions. It is an ideal product to replace traditional submersible slurry pumps and submersible sewage pumps.
Conditions of use:
1. Voltage: 380v, three-phase, 50HZ (voltage and frequency can be customized according to requirements).
2. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 60℃, the PH value is 4-10, and the medium weight is 1300kg/m³
3. Suitable for media with strong abrasive solid particles and mildly corrosive sewage slurry.
4. The diameter of the solid matter in the medium is not larger than 80% of the minimum flow channel size of the pump.
