IHF single-stage single-suction steel-lined fluorine plastic, polypropylene and other chemical centrifugal pumps (referred to as IHF centrifugal pumps) are designed according to national standards and combined with non-metallic pump processes. They are manufactured using tortoise shell mesh lining technology. Compared with other similar pumps It has the advantages of preventing the lining from falling off and cracking. The pump body is made of metal shell lined with polyperfluoroethylene-propylene (F46), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVF2), polypropylene (PP), etc. The shaft seal uses an external mechanical seal, which has good sealing performance. The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, not easy to age, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, tight and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life. Compared with the all-plastic anti-corrosion pump of the same material, it has the advantages of better creep resistance, installation performance and thermal deformation resistance.

It has been widely used in: corrosive medium transportation in chemical production, electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, electric power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, textiles, smelting, titanium dioxide, salt chemicals , potassium compound fertilizer and many other industries. It can transport any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidants, organic solvents, reducing agents and other highly corrosive media for a long time. It is one of the most popular pump equipments currently used by users.
