The ISG series pump is the vertical structure of the IS series pump. The flow range is 2.5-1600m³/h, and the head range is 2-145m. It is mainly used to pump clean water, light oil and non-corrosive or weakly corrosive liquids. The maximum temperature of the medium is 80℃.
The inlet and outlet of the ISG pump have the same size and are arranged at 180 degrees, so they can be connected in series in the pipeline. The standard vertical motor transmits power through an elastic coupling and has the characteristics of smooth operation, low noise, and small vibration. There are two types of pump shaft seals: mechanical seals and soft packing seals. If the shaft seal is cooled (using normal temperature water), liquids of no more than 130°C can be transported (IGR type hot water pump). It adopts copper impeller and stainless steel shaft and can be used to transport light oil (IGY type light oil pump).
