The LZG series dry screw vacuum pump can adapt to harsh working conditions, has the ability to extract condensable and particulate gases, and is easy to undergo anti-corrosion treatment. It is especially suitable for petrochemical, electronic semiconductor, biomedicine, aerospace, new energy and other fields.
Dry screw vacuum pumps do not use liquid as sealing liquid, but use a pair of screw rotors to synchronously rotate in high-speed reverse rotation in the pump chamber to produce air suction and exhaust. The two screw rotors are finely dynamically balanced and installed in the pump chamber supported by bearings. There is a certain gap between the screws and there is no friction with each other. The operation is smooth and the noise is low. The working chamber does not require lubricating oil, so it is dry. Screw vacuum pumps can be used to remove gases containing a large amount of water vapor and a small amount of dust. Because gas compression will lead to a higher temperature at the exhaust port, the inside of the dry screw vacuum pump is not conducive to the condensation effect, which is conducive to some high vapor pressure media such as methylene chloride, acetone, etc. being discharged from the exhaust port in the gas phase.
In many chemical and pharmaceutical applications, vacuum pumps are required to extract excess solvent from the process, such as drying, distillation, concentration and purification, cleaning and other applications. Many organic solvents need to be recycled due to their toxicity, flammability, environmental impact and other reasons. The dry screw vacuum pump can achieve recovery very well. After the solvent vapor passes through the dry screw vacuum pump, it is directly recovered through the condenser at the exhaust port without pollution.
If higher pumping speed capability is required, a vacuum unit combining a Roots vacuum pump and a dry screw vacuum pump can be used.
Characteristics of the constant pitch screw vacuum pump
● No internal compression, steam is not easily compressed and condensed in the pump
● The highest pumping rate can be maintained even in rough vacuum
Characteristics of the variable pitch screw vacuum pump
● Lower exhaust temperature
● Internal compression , lower energy consumption
