JZJ2BV series water ring Roots vacuum pump unit

JZJ2BV series Roots liquid ring unit is an air extraction unit composed of ZJ type Roots pump as the main pump and 2BV series water ring pump as the backing pump. In addition to extracting general gases, it can also extract gases containing moisture, organic solvents or a small amount of dust. Compared with ordinary mechanical vacuum pumps, it is not afraid of oil pollution, water vapor and dust. Compared with ordinary water ring vacuum pumps, it has the characteristics of high vacuum degree and high pumping speed under vacuum conditions.
The JZJ2BV series Roots liquid ring vacuum unit uses the 2BV series water ring pump as the backing pump, so the JZJ2BV series vacuum unit is more efficient, compact and leak-free than the JZJ2SK series (the 2BV pump is designed with a mechanical seal, which is different from the 2SK series Packing seal), corrosion resistance (2BV uses stainless steel or copper impeller), high protection level and other advantages.
The working fluid of the backing pump of the Roots liquid ring vacuum unit mostly uses water, but organic solvents (methanol, ethanol, xylene, acetone, etc.) or other liquids can also be used. Using the backing pump as a closed-circuit circulation system greatly reduces environmental pollution and significantly improves the recovery of organic solvents. Its ultimate vacuum degree is determined by the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid.
