PNJB type pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal rubber-lined mud pump with two different sealing structures of auxiliary impeller and packing. It can be used to transport various types of slurries, but it is not suitable for transporting liquids containing solid particles with sharp edges and corners. The maximum concentration of transported slurry shall not exceed 65% (by weight), and the temperature shall not exceed 60°C. When using the auxiliary impeller sealing structure, the inlet filling height shall not exceed 5m of water column.
The main components of the PNJB rubber-lined pump include the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, front sheath, rear sheath, bracket, auxiliary impeller or packing seal, etc.
